HOLLOW HUMANITY - Drop New Lyric Video "Black Are The Steps Today"

Heavy Hardcore band from Chile, Hollow Humanity have released a new lyric video "Black Are The Steps Today" from their new album "Hives & Trophies".

The band also posted a brief reflection.

"On September 11th of 1973, Chile experienced a coup d'état. It was exactly 17 years that had to pass, so that the military dictatorship ended and the transition to democracy took place.

However, still today, there are traces that have not forgotten this horrible time: missing bodies, testimonies of tortured and a sense of injustice are some of the most tangible scars.

We know that while some seek to bury this darkness and focus on the "future", many others struggle every day to endure this black chapter of their lives, on their backs.

For us it is not valid to look forward without taking into account the past. We will not allow forgetfulness and silence to be ways of approaching our history. Nor will we ignore the value of those who had to resist the ravages of repression, indolence and impunity.

This goes in memory of all the fallen ones in military dictatorship, and especially to all those that they want to hide their horrors. Our message is clear. Repression will never shut us up."
